3D Reinforced Geomat is a stable 3D mesh structure made of single or multi-layer plastic 3D mesh and high-strength flat mesh bonded by heat fusion. It takes advantage of plants and 3D mesh structure to build a protection system that allows these plant to have their’ own growth capacity. It is widely used in roads, railways, rivers and dams for slope protection, and can replace concrete, asphalt, stone and other slope materials.
Reinforced Geocomposite made of Polypropylene Polymer made three dimensional matrix extruded onto a mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped steel wire Mesh. The structure allows enough space for keeping the soil and grass growing. It achieve both high tensile and protective effect of the Hot dipped galvanized hexagonal wire netting or biaxial Polyester/fiberglass/PP geogrid, but also has high adhesion of green vegetation high impact erosion. it is the best product which is application in side slope protection and green.

It prevents the slope rock from falling down, which avoids the hurt to the human beings and the vehicle on the road, It prevents the road dregs packed by geonet from being washed away, avoids the roadbed distortion and improves the stability of the roadbed, laying the geonet reinforces the road surface, avoids development of the reflection crack. As reinforcing material of filling soil in retaining walls, it disperses the earth body stress and restricts the side-displacement. Turf Mat is a kind of multi-layer plastic mat made of thermoplastic resin through extruding, stretching, and composing. It is applied to plant and fix soil with loose texture and leaves 90% space to fill earth, sand and stones. Plant roots can go across it, and grow comfortably. Turf after growing can let mat, grass and earth be combined together firmly.

Slope Treatment
Clean up the gravels and debris on the slope, fill the pot holes, compact and flatten the surface to ensure the slope surface is flat and smooth.
3D Reinforced Geomat Pavement
— Unroll the 3D geomat along the slope from top to bottom and make sure the geomat perfectly fit to the slope.
— An extra 40–80 cm geomat is required when burying 3D geomat on the top of the slope, bury it in soil and compact it.
— Secure the 3D geomat with fastening nails or U staples.
— When the 3D geomat pavement is finished, spread the soil evenly on the 3D geomat and ensure the soil thickness is not less than 12 mm. Mix the fertilizer, auxin and cement evenly by a certain proportion and then sprinkle on the surface.
Spray- Seeding
When the soil backfill is completed, perform hydraulic spray seeding. Mix and stir the grass seeds and the adhesive, fertilizer, auxin, moisture agent and water that promote its growth evenly by a certain proportion, and spray the mixture evenly on the slope by hydraulic spray machine.
