Construction method of cement blanket:

1. Cutting

Tools needed: utility knife, grinding and cutting machine

Technical requirements: The cement blanket can be cut with basic hand tools, but the dust contained in the material will make the blade dull. Therefore, it is recommended to change the blade frequently. For large-scale projects, a grinder can be used.

2. Laying

  Laying method: manual laying, assisted by tricky vehicles

Technical points: Before laying, sharp debris needs to be removed. Manual laying can be done by 2 people, or a trolley can be used to cooperate with 3 people. The appropriate laying method should be selected according to the project content. The water conservancy project should be laid in the direction of the water flow from the downstream Work upstream. 32. Lapping

 Tools needed: electric hand drill, hammer, screw, drill, expansion screw, layering. Need for anti-seepage requirements: heat welder, sealant, mortar

Technical points: The lap of the cloth and the cloth adopts the method of side lamination, usually a 10cm lap edge is required, and the appropriate lap method is selected according to the engineering requirements. (If you are interested, you can ask me for the construction plan)

3. Hydration

Tools needed: hose, water pump, nozzle

skills requirement:

1) Appropriate amount of water: The weight ratio of water added is 40:60 (water: cloth), and the water can be placed directly in the water when pressed by the finger. If there is no condition to control the amount of water, use more water instead of less in principle.

2) Water quality requirements: Generally, there are no restrictions on water use. It can be rainwater, sewage, or sea water. The water must not contain grease. The use of special sewage needs to be evaluated and determined by the company's technicians.

3) Water adding method: Do not use high-pressure water to impact the cloth body, use atomizing nozzles for good results.

4) Intensity development: Condensation begins about 2 hours after adding water, and the intensity gradually develops. The condensing time is affected by temperature.

5) Precautions after adding water: 1 hour after adding water, do not move the cloth and the host. In the case of high temperature and windy weather and vertical steep slopes, timely replenishment of water is required.
