3D composite drainage geonet

Dingkun 3D composite drainage geonet, also known as geotechnical composite drainage geonet, is made by bonding double-layer geotextiles on one or both sides of 3D geonet according to special processing technology. The middle 3D geonet is a three-layer 3D structure made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material, adding carbon black, anti-ultraviolet, and anti-oxidation agents, and making the reinforcing ribs cross 3Dly arranged through a special extrusion molding process. It has extremely high rigidity and good drainage performance. The geotextile glued on both sides has good permeability, excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability and high friction coefficient, and strengthens the geonet to effectively prevent sand and gravel particles from entering the geonet and affecting the drainage effect. In this way, the 3D composite drainage net combines the characteristics and functions of geotextile and geonet, and has comprehensive performances of reverse filtration, drainage, ventilation, and enhanced protection. It is an ideal new type of drainage geotechnical material.

3D composite drainage geonet characteristics:

1) Good permeability;

2) Strong drainage;

3)High tensile strength;

4)High chemical stability;

5) High coefficient of friction;

6)Effectively prevent sand and gravel particles from entering the geonet and maintain long-term stable drainage.

7) Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance;

8) Long service life;

9) Convenient construction.

3D composite drainage geonet application:

As a new type of composite drainage geosynthetics, the 3D composite drainage geonet can be laid on the subbase to prevent the entry of sand and gravel and effectively drain and reinforce it. It can also be laid between the foundation and the subbase to facilitate drainage and effectively reduce frost heave. Widely used in drainage reinforcement projects such as railways, tunnels, highways, municipalities, dams, slope protection, landfills, retaining walls, gardens and sports fields.
